This piece was painted in April of 2009. My husband and I now live seven miles from the Atlantic Ocean so we spend many hours walking on the beach. One of my favorite things is watching the children play in the sand or at the edge of the water. The colors here in Florida are inspiring to me also, thus the colors in this piece.
